We collect the information you provide on application, contact, registration, and waiver forms, including names, contact information, child names and ages, medical intake, emergency contacts, acknowledgments, and signatures.
Medical information is treated with care. Access is limited to authorized academy staff and instructors who need it to plan safe participation.
We use the data you provide to evaluate applications, plan safe events, communicate with families, manage memberships, and process payments. We do not sell your data.
Inquiries submitted through this website may be forwarded to the Sons of Sunnah Academy administrative email for review and follow-up. Forwarded notifications include the details you submit so our team can respond; sensitive medical details are reviewed in our access-controlled dashboard rather than included in email.
Only authorized academy staff and instructors with a need-to-know basis can access family data. Our hosting and processing providers may access data to deliver their services. See Section 6.
Site infrastructure is hosted on Vercel. Database, authentication, and storage are powered by Supabase. Payments, if enabled, are processed by Stripe. Transactional email is delivered by Resend. Each provider has its own terms and privacy policy.
We use minimal cookies required for the site and member portal. Analytics, when enabled, are privacy-conscious and disclosed in this policy.
